Crafted from a mash bill of 70% Corn, 20% Rye, and 10% Malted Barley, this expression strikes a perfect harmony between classic corn sweetness and the robust, peppery bite of rye. On the nose, you’re greeted with warm graham cracker, clove, and baking spice. The palate opens with a surprising burst of golden honey—adding a touch of smoothness—before transitioning into grassy rye character and freshly cracked black pepper. The finish is long, spiced, and just a little wild—ideal for sipping neat, pairing with a cigar, or anchoring a bold, top-shelf cocktail.
